Please review these Terms & Conditions carefully before engaging Veeze Studio for digital agency, web design, app development, and advertising services.
1. Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing this website, requesting a project proposal, or signing a statement of work (SOW) with Veeze Studio ("Agency", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all service contracts, design sprints, software engineering, digital advertising campaigns, and marketing advisory provided by Veeze Studio, located at WeWork Zenia, Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra 400607.
2. Scope of Services
Veeze Studio provides professional creative and digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
- Custom UI/UX & Web Design, Frontend & Backend Web Development (WordPress, Webflow, React, Next.js, Node.js).
- Mobile Application Engineering (iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter).
- Digital Advertising Management (Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Meta Ads — Instagram & Facebook).
- Social Media Marketing, Content Production, and Graphic Asset Creation.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Analytics, Meta CAPI, and GA4 Tracking Implementation.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and budgets are detailed in the formal Service Agreement or Quotation provided prior to project initiation.
3. Client Responsibilities & Approvals
To ensure timely execution and project milestones, the Client agrees to:
- Provide required assets, branding guidelines, content copy, images, and domain/hosting or ad account access in a timely manner.
- Designate a primary point of contact authorized to make binding approvals and feedback reviews.
- Provide timely review of design proofs, prototypes, and development milestones within 3–5 business days of submission.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of 100% final payment for the project, all final approved design deliverables, codebases, graphics, and custom website assets created specifically for the Client shall become the exclusive intellectual property of the Client. Veeze Studio retains the right to display completed project screenshots, design artifacts, and non-confidential growth metrics in our agency portfolio, client showcase, and case studies.
5. Revisions & Scope Adjustments
Standard design and development agreements include up to two (2) rounds of revision during the prototype and design phases. Any change requests, feature expansions, or third-party API integrations introduced after final sign-off will be quoted as an out-of-scope addition with an agreed hourly or milestone estimate.
6. Digital Advertising & Third-Party Ad Spend
For all PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads management campaigns, ad spend budgets are paid directly by the Client to the respective platform (Google LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.) via the Client’s linked payment method. Veeze Studio’s fees represent agency management, creative strategy, technical setup, and optimization services only.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to hold all proprietary data, business financials, marketing blueprints, customer records, and technical credentials received in strict confidence, and not disclose them to any third party without explicit prior written authorization.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
